Eczema Creams - A Soothing Solution

Eczema, a skin condition characterized by dry skin, itching, inflammation and rashes is commonly found in infants and young children although it can occur in people of any age. When just the use of these emollients does not do the job, other creams that contain steroids in varying proportions are used to alleviate the symptoms. These creams should not remain in contact with the skin for long durations as they can have other adverse effects on the skin. Depending on the severity of symptoms, other oral prescriptions may or may not be advised to bring the symptoms under control.
